Location: Remote - CST
Pay Rate: $80–$85/hr (W2)
Duration: 12+ months, with strong potential for extension
 
Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Research Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in research operations and participant panel management. This role plays a key part in ensuring the continuity and success of our research programs by supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining high standards in participant engagement and research logistics.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives around Research Panels & Communities, identifying gaps and priority areas within the user research organization.
• Drive objectives and key results (OKRs) for the Research Panels & Communities pillar, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage a team of project managers responsible for executing UX research activities, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to strengthen collaboration and achieve research objectives.
• Design and implement scalable processes and best practices for managing research panels and communities across research operations teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve panel engagement, participant experience, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and ensure research activities align with ethical standards.

 
Required Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience in research program management, research operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing research participant panels, including recruitment and engagement strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the technology industry.
• Background in user experience (UX) research or human-centered design.
• Proficiency with research management tools and platforms.
