ISG Product Operations is a world-class global team of dedicated professionals performing a wide range of functions with a common purpose: managing Morgan Stanley's Clearing and Trading & Client operational processes while delivering value in a controlled and efficient way.
The organization partners closely with Sales and Trading to develop and implement new products and services, drive efficiency, and reduce risk in our processes. At all times, the focus remains on delivering quality service to both internal and external clients.
Key Duties
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

- Strong Excel skills – ability to manage/analyze data sets and produce reports (macros experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills – able to host calls and coordinate effectively across multiple teams

The organization partners closely with Sales and Trading to develop and implement new products and services, drive efficiency, and reduce risk in our processes. At all times, the focus remains on delivering quality service to both internal and external clients.
Key Duties
- Process incoming and outgoing paperwork, including mail and facsimiles
- Support client service associates and operational personnel
- Review inbound client documents for accuracy and notate all account activities
- Submit accurate forms for final processing to the service center
- Communicate with clients (both written and verbal) regarding paperwork
- Define and prioritize project activities and follow up on progress
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication across teams
- Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and database systems effectively
- Adapt to multiple tasks simultaneously with flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Work independently while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
