Job Title: Production Associate II
Location: 9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, IN 46256
Duration: 12+ month contract (with potential for extension or permanent hire)
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr (W2)
Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekend availability may be required based on business needs)

This role ensures that all products meet quality standards and specifications while maintaining accurate process records and documentation. The ideal candidate will support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to SOPs and protocols.
- Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Complete process orders, documentation, records, and metrics with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in reviewing and updating documentation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform line clearance procedures and maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas in accordance with SOPs and supervisor guidance.
- Collaborate on process improvement projects and support the implementation of enhancements.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or related environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends based on business demand.
