Job Title: Material Handler II (3rd Shift)
Location: 9115 Hague Road Indianapolis, IN 46256
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 9:15 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $25.98 per hour

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Material Handling Technician to join our operations team. This role is responsible for managing the movement, storage, and accurate documentation of materials to support production and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, and a safety-first mindset while operating material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the movement, staging, and storage of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

Ensure accurate inventory tracking and documentation within warehouse and production systems.

Support production teams by delivering required materials in a timely and organized manner.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including verifying and recording incoming and outgoing materials.

Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas in compliance with company safety standards.

Perform basic equipment checks and preventive maintenance as assigned.
Who You Are
-
5–10 years of experience in material handling, warehouse, or logistics operations.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally with production and logistics teams.

Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.

Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in daily operations.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification upon hire).
-
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience working in a GMP, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
