Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/wk
Duration: Initial 9-month contract with probable extension/conversion

Job Overview:
The Global Scaled Partnerships team works with priority partners who drive the ecosystem of content across the apps. The primary objective of this team is to enable partners (such as early stage creators) grow their presence and build communities on the family of apps.
This person will be responsible for managing vendor operations and program operations, both from a strategic and executional perspective, across Scaled Partnerships. This includes overseeing agency operations for the Facebook Breakthrough Bonus program (e.g. agency sourcing, SOWs, monthly reconciliation, invoicing, performance evaluations), managing operations for the Creator Referrals program and contests (Legal approvals, payouts), and being the single threaded owner for contract negotiations and renewals across all of Scaled Partnerships.
There are 2 components to this work:

- Strategy: Building streamlined operations for initiatives (agency payouts, creator referrals, contests) and maintaining process documentation
- Execution: Processing contract renewals, payouts, and launching initiatives in conjunction with key cross-functional stakeholders
- Agency Payouts & Invoicing: Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of the agency payouts dashboard, ensuring all data is current and correct. Resolve partner management issues and approve invoices to facilitate timely payments.
- Agency Contracts & Purchase Requests: Manage purchase request approvals and support contract amendments, such as changes to payment structure or extensions. Maintain and update process documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Agency Recruitment & Onboarding: Source new agencies and manage communications throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate contract drafting and onboarding activities with legal, deal, and sourcing teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Performance Evaluations & Offboarding: Ensure monthly agency performance evaluations are completed on schedule. Oversee the offboarding process and keep related documentation up to date for compliance and future reference.
- Program Compliance: Coordinate with legal teams to review terms and conditions and manage submissions for program changes. Oversee payout operations to ensure creators are compensated accurately and promptly.
- Contest Operations: Support contest strategy and execution, including vendor management and resource planning. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contests are well-organized, meet business objectives, and are delivered on time.
- Vendor Operations: Review agency tracker for contract renewals and invoice approvals, ensuring all vendor relationships are properly managed. Process monthly accruals and contribute to vendor contract strategy and forecasting.
- 5-7+ years of experience in, program management, operations or a related field.
- Relevant bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing contracts, purchase requests, and financial operations (including invoice approvals and payouts).
- Demonstrated experience overseeing agencies or vendors responsible for project delivery, including setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build, document, and maintain operational frameworks and process flows, ensuring procedures are clearly defined, up-to-date, and easily accessible for stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of contract procedures, including SOWs, invoicing, and purchase orders
- Excel/Spreadsheets: create pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience writing external comms for vendors and agencies
- Meta Familiarity
- Google, YouTube, TikTok
- Experience with Creator Marketing Agencies
