Position Overview
EyeMed is seeking detail-oriented Hard Copy Data Entry Associates to support seasonal enrollment and membership processing. This role focuses on accurately entering information from handwritten forms into internal systems while meeting strict productivity and quality standards. Candidates must be comfortable handling high volumes of data with speed and precision in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Enter data from handwritten enrollment and membership forms into the AS400 system
• Accurately interpret handwritten information and key data efficiently
• Maintain a minimum typing speed of 9,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) with 99% accuracy
• Process high volumes of data while adapting to changing priorities and workloads
• Ensure all work meets compliance, quality, and confidentiality standards
• Utilize data entry systems and web-based applications as required

Required Qualifications

• Prior data entry experience required
• Ability to read and interpret handwritten forms accurately
• Experience entering data into AS400 or similar systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently under high-volume, deadline-driven conditions
