Work Schedule: 5 days onsite | In-person interviews
Duration: 12-month contract (with potential extension or conversion)
Pay Rate: $40.44/hr (W2)

This role ensures systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP and company standards, while minimizing disruptions to critical operations.

Position Summary
The Facilities Associate III is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems and associated equipment supporting laboratory, manufacturing, and facility operations at the DS site. This role ensures systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP and company standards, while minimizing disruptions to critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and supporting equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues to support Facilities, Laboratory, and Manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate and oversee contractor and vendor activities, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities in manufacturing and lab areas to prevent operational interruptions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure adherence to cGMP and site procedures.
- Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Walk-in cold rooms
- Reach-in refrigerators and freezers (repairs and efficiency optimization)
- Exhaust fans
- Fume hoods and laminar flow hoods
- Filtration systems
Education & Certifications
- High School Diploma (required)
- Valid HVAC License (required)
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience working in a cGMP manufacturing environment
- 8+ years of industrial HVAC experience supporting complex facilities
