Job Title: Benefits Manager
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Pay Rate: $60/hour + paid weekly!

Job Summary
As a benefits Manager with our client, you will play a key role in supporting the U.S. Benefits team during Annual Enrollment. This position will oversee benefits projects, provide subject matter expertise, and support integration efforts tied to mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The Benefits Manager will partner closely with HR teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure deliverables are met, processes run smoothly, and communications remain clear throughout the enrollment cycle.

- Partner with HR teams, vendors, and leadership to drive deliverables and outcomes.
- Provide expertise in benefits programs, compliance requirements, and M&A transitions.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and deliver updates to leadership.
- Support HR systems and benefits process implementation as needed.
Qualifications
Technical Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in benefits and project management.
- Strong understanding of benefits programs, including M&A integration.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, payroll, and benefits administration (implementation experience preferred).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
