Physical Commerce Coordinator

Duties:
Responsibilities
This role supports the Virgin Music Group's Physical Commercial Team, a fast-paced group which manages sales of LPs, CDs and other physical music products. Working among our team members, our labels, and our distribution partners, this highly-organized individual will manage significant details and information flow around the sales and commercial marketing set-up for our music releases.
Duties include:
Manage schedule for multiple team meetings
Create/manage sales meeting assets including agendas, guests, decks, music/video, follow-ups
Create and coordinate weekly delivery of commercial one-sheets/sales materials to distribution partner
Coordinate Ad Planner process for distribution team
Project Plan by Channel worksheets
Work between various teams to gather ad planner assets
Process label funding approvals
Request/gather/submit social media assets used by distribution team for retail to push to their accounts
Collate and circulate Retail Buy Links for key projects, ensuring retail pre-order links are accurate and live with correct info, packshots and cover art
Assemble weekly Pre-Order Tracking
Create basic graphics as needed (not required)
Link with with ex-US team coordinators to collaborate on global priority set-up
Schedule meetings and other admin-related duties

Education:
College degree preferred
