Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion)
Pay Rate: $26.41 – $38.33/hour (W2)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Business Partner to support a fast-paced NeuroImmunology team within the Commercial organization. This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, enabling seamless coordination, and supporting key business initiatives.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Business Partner to support a fast-paced NeuroImmunology team within the Commercial organization. This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, enabling seamless coordination, and supporting key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and shared drives using Google Workspace tools
- Navigate internal systems efficiently, including Genentech platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors while handling sensitive information with discretion
- Partner with the administrative team to plan and execute mid- to large-scale meetings, including onsite and offsite events for the Ocrevus team
- Coordinate logistics for meetings with external stakeholders, including preparation and follow-up activities
- Lead execution of virtual and hybrid events requiring advanced technical setups
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, capture notes, and track follow-up actions
- Support recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate hosting, and onboarding coordination
- Organize team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions
- Manage vendor and speaker engagements, including contracts and payment processes
- Maintain organizational charts and support special projects as needed
- Leverage AI tools to enhance administrative efficiency and workflows
- Provide backup support for team members during absences, including additional responsibilities as required
Functional Responsibilities
- Support contracting workflows and ensure timely execution of agreements
- Coordinate key business meetings such as planning workshops and field meetings
- Assist with logistics for team offsites, network calls, and internal events
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or project management (pharma/biotech experience preferred)
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Genentech systems is a plus
- Experience with MyBuy is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
- Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally
- Demonstrates discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Proficient in Google Workspace and related tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Trello, Zoom, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
