Pay Rate: $40/hour
Location: 9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, IN 46256 (onsite)
Shift: Mon - Fri 8 hour shifts between 7am to 7pm
The Opportunity
• Design and implement training programs
• Develop instructional materials and e-learning solutions
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training impact
• Ensure compliance with industry training standards
• Facilitate employee development and skills enhancement
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - required
• 5–10 years of experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of industry best practices
Preferred
• Experience with e-learning platforms preferred
