In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily transactional audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will review sales transactions, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly.

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auditor to join our Sales Audit Team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily transactional audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will review sales transactions, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily audits of sales transactions to verify data integrity and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies within sales records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate audit reports and summaries for management review.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant departments for corrective action.
- Assist in developing and improving audit processes and procedures
- Basic knowledge Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Slack
- Problem solving skills for supporting store needs and requests
- Open to using AI to improve productivity, when applicable
- A willingness to go the extra mile, when needed and always be willing to learn something new.
- Possible expectation to work the Sunday prior to Month end close*
- Able to self-manage time and priorities, in a work from home environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience with auditing, sales operations, or transactional review preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software tools
