Responsibilities include processing registration requests while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures. This role will also partner with CSG Entitlements Support to provide white-glove service to call center staff, ensuring proper onboarding and access to firm systems.

Key Responsibilities
Registrations
- Manage FINRA registration requests for WM Operations.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Registration Oversight to ensure adherence to regulatory policies.
- Support periodic reviews and maintenance of registration attributes (licenses, states, etc.).
- Order materials for approved candidates.
- Process vendor invoicing and track payments.
- Ensure new employees are onboarded with the correct systems and access for Day 1 readiness.
- Monitor and report progress against entitlement review deliverables.
- Produce and monitor Daily and Monthly CSA Admin Reporting.
- Provide security administration for vendor applications.
- Troubleshoot entitlement issues for CSG staff.
- Provide additional reporting support as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Excel Macros and Visual Basic preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across all levels of staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
