Exciting Opportunity – Distribution Administrator
Location: Orlando, FL (100% onsite)
Pay Rate: $20/hr (paid weekly)
Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion
Contract Duration: 5 months, with possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

About the Role:
Join a global leader in aerospace, defense, transportation, and security. As a Distribution Administrator, you’ll support spare parts sales operations by managing quotations, orders, RMAs, and customer communications. You’ll work closely with logistics, planning, and purchasing teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quotations, order entries, acknowledgements, changes, and invoicing in SAP
- Ensure order accuracy: customer data, pricing, shipping terms, and delivery dates
- Respond to customer inquiries via Outlook and portals; maintain professional communication
- Track order status, delivery performance, and backorders; resolve issues proactively
- Handle RMAs, credit memos, and documentation for disputed shipments or invoices
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery commitments and improve performance metrics
- Maintain records and support reporting activities
Requirements:
- AA/AS degree + 1 year experience, or HS diploma/GED + 2 years relevant experience
- Background in Customer Service, Sales Order Admin, Supply Chain, or Distribution
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- SAP ERP experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Preferred:
- Experience in spare parts support (airline/electronics industry)
- Familiarity with import/export regulations, Incoterms, and PO terms
- Certification in Customer Service, APICS, or ISM a plus
- Knowledge of MRP, inventory systems, and government compliance
