Pay Rate: $20.56/hour + paid weekly!
Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Coordinator with our client, you will support clinical applications, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and maintain strong relationships across development, business, and customer teams. This role requires strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical language. The coordinator will interact with clinical staff and internal stakeholders, leveraging problem-solving skills to deliver best-in-class solutions, streamline workflows, and drive standard business processes.

Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Coordinator with our client, you will support clinical applications, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and maintain strong relationships across development, business, and customer teams. The coordinator will interact with clinical staff and internal stakeholders, leveraging problem-solving skills to deliver best-in-class solutions, streamline workflows, and drive standard business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for pharmacy technicians, nurses, providers, and billers via phone, email, or remote support to resolve technical issues and address product inquiries.
- Partner with Product Owners and Development Teams to gain expertise in business use cases, customer workflows, and backend technical architecture of supported applications.
- Proactively build and maintain technical knowledge in specialized areas, staying current on industry trends and best practices.
- Apply critical thinking to develop solutions that promote global consistency, standardization, and improved performance.
- Communicate technical and business information clearly across teams, customers, and clients.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS (all versions) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hardware and networking knowledge; experience with Microsoft tablets and Zebra printers.
- Familiarity with DNS servers and basic IP routing preferred.
- Exposure to Windows Server (2008 and newer) a plus.
- General knowledge of EDI desired.
- Experience with nursing or outpatient pharmacy workflows preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR, pharmacy management systems, or healthcare billing software a plus.
Education & Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in IT or a clinical setting preferred.
- Some background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare field preferred.
- Some college or higher education preferred.
