Pay: $30-49/Hr (W2)
Duration: Initial 2-month contract (possibility of extension/conversion)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri)

Job Overview:
The HR Business Partner will have responsibility to drive short term HR objective for INB and SPM assets in Portsmouth. Acts as key HR lead on asset leadership teams for both assets. Key deliverables include effective talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development and organizational management. Facilitates implementation and execution of Human Resource policies, initiatives, processes and programs during assignment duration. Coaching and counseling to line managers and leaders. The incumbent will be responsible for end to end support for all elements of an employee life cycle leading to an engaged workforce.

Responsibilities:
- Leads HR strategy and agenda for assigned assets/functions and partners with asset leadership teams.
- Provides HR business partner support on talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation, and employee engagement.
- Collaborates with managers to identify staffing needs and works with talent acquisition to ensure teams are optimally resourced.
- Coaches managers and supervisors on performance management, discipline, and related HR matters.
- Handles employee relations issues, investigations, and provides recommendations for resolution.
- Supports implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Drives talent development initiatives and organizational effectiveness strategies.
- Advises on employee engagement strategies and helps maintain a positive work environment.
