Job Title: Contract Lifecycle Specialist
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr W2
Location: On-Site at Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid after training)
Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision coverage plans
Contract Duration: 1 year contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement
The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Lifecycle Specialist to support contract execution and pricing operations. This role ensures accurate, timely, and contract-compliant data management while partnering with internal teams such as Finance, Sales, and Credit. You’ll play a key role in maintaining contract integrity, improving processes, and delivering a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute contract data entry (pricing, terms & conditions) into CLM/ERP systems
- Act as a data steward for contract and pricing information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Credit)
- Monitor contract lifecycle activities for compliance
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Maintain records for renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Manage downstream processes related to contract execution
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of contractual commitments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of contract, analytical, or related experience (or advanced degree)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with contract/pricing systems (SAP, Agiloft, GDC, etc.)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
