Job Title: Performance Monitoring Coordinator.
100% Fully Remote.
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Contract with possible extensions or full-time conversion depending on business need and performance.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours shift between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Applied extensive knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete many assignments.
- Demonstrated in-depth expertise in a specific technical or specialty area, leveraging this knowledge to enhance job performance and decision-making.
- Utilized advanced skills to independently resolve complex problems, employing innovative approaches and techniques to achieve solutions.
- Adapted and modified existing processes to address and resolve unique or unforeseen situations, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes.
- Operated independently within established procedures, confidently executing tasks with minimal supervision; sought general guidance only for new or unfamiliar assignments.
- Provided general guidance and technical assistance to less experienced team members, sharing expertise and offering support to facilitate their development and improve team performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in call monitoring, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
- Experienced in conducting case audits to evaluate compliance and effectiveness.
- High School Diploma, GED, or relevant technical certification in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a related industry or field.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of quality systems and methodologies.
- Knowledgeable in relevant regulations, standards, and operating procedures.
- Skilled in performing investigations and root cause analysis, with the ability to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Capable of assessing and identifying gaps in requirements, with a clear understanding of how to address them effectively.
