We are hiring a Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs that improve how we deliver trust, safety, and customer support through global vendor partners.
This role owns end-to-end program execution, working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver operational improvements and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate can operate both strategically and tactically, manage ambiguity, and leverage AI tools and automation to improve workflows.
You’ll join the SISO Programs team within Scaled Integrity & Support Operations (SISO), which focuses on transforming global vendor operations through improved processes, tooling, and scalable operating models.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from planning through execution
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to improve operational processes and performance
- Develop project plans, timelines, and reporting to ensure program success
- Present updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Analyze operational needs, resources, and feasibility of initiatives
- Manage vendor-related program elements including planning, contracts, and execution
- Execute a roadmap focused on AI-driven operational transformation
- Partner with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and automation opportunities
- Build or support automation, scripts, or reporting tools to improve workflows
- Ensure solutions are stable, scalable, and delivering measurable results
- Maintain and improve existing tools and processes to reduce technical debt
- 8+ years of experience in program management, operations management, or vendor/outsourcing management
- Experience managing large, multi-phase programs with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience building KPIs, reporting frameworks, and data-driven insights
- Experience supporting budget or operational financial planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including leadership reporting and stakeholder updates
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- AI proficiency: Strong, current understanding of AI tools and how to apply them to transform operational workflows.
- Coding capability: Ability to write and maintain code (Python preferred; PHP and JavaScript also relevant).
- Strong communication & collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with a distributed/virtual team and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in operations/BPO environments and/or scaled vendor operations
- Flexibility and comfort operating in evolving teams and shifting priorities
- Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, integrity operations, or customer support operations at scale
- Experience with vendor ecosystems — including SOW management, performance governance, and site-level operations
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven workflows, including LLM development support, automation strategies, or AI-first workforce transformation
