Role: Intake Care Sr Representative
Pay Rate: $21 per hour, paid weekly
Location of Assignment: Remote Opportunity near TN, NM, OK, IL, TX, MT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible hours Standard business hours
Assignment Length: 5 months, opportunity for extension/conversion pending performance, attendance and business need
Target Start Date: 11/01/2025, upon completion of new hire onboarding
Position Summary:
Delivers specific delegated Utilization Management tasks assigned by a supervisor. Assigns client to appropriate staff members or behavioral health network provider for assessment and counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 10-year criminal background check, urinalysis drug screen, and Employment & education verification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as initial contact for clients and their eligible dependents requesting services.
- Responsible for customer service and relevant standards such as telephone response time.
- May make referrals within stated limits. Supports and assists with training for employees.
- May provide guidance around procedures and workflows. Completes day-to-day Intake Care tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
- Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
