A lot goes into building the world's leading Internet TV network. Our members all across the globe enjoy our TV series, documentaries, feature films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. We're continuing to grow, and at the heart of supporting our mission is our Talent Team.
As we continue to evolve and the complexity of our organization grows, we are looking for a Project Manager to join the Talent Acquisition team. The Project Manager will report into the Senior Manager of TA Programs and coordinate initiatives across the broader global organization. They will ensure proactive tracking and follow-up on progress across teams and assist in the development of project plans, memos, timelines, and milestones.

The Project Manager will report into the Senior Manager of TA Programs and coordinate initiatives across the broader global organization. They will ensure proactive tracking and follow-up on progress across teams and assist in the development of project plans, memos, timelines, and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Informed Captains to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for TA Leadership
- Contribute to the TA communications strategy and narrative building
- Partner with the Talent Operating Office with scorecard development and refinement
- Drive cross-functional projects to ensure initiatives are on track. This includes creating and managing an Asana strategy for all TA high and medium priority initiatives
- Collaborate and partner with Program Managers on initiatives, proactively tracking all project activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, risks are flagged, key milestones are achieved, and status reports are created to update key stakeholders
- Actively participate in post-mortems to identify areas for improvement
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing PM processes and methodologies across global TA
- Support ad-hoc requests for TA Leadership, i.e. development of communications [~10% dedicated time to be allocated]
Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as Project or Program Manager or in roles partnering with leaders in a similar capacity (planning, supporting, and scaling large cross-functional initiatives)
- Strong business centricity, including an ability to solve complex challenges, high judgment, critical thinking, and analysis
- Proven expertise in using data to tell stories and drive decision-making
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, paired with sound business judgment and the ability to adjust the style for various audiences to articulate complex issues clearly (including experience with memo writing and creating presentations)
- Proven exceptional group process and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Google workspace platform and project management tools e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project, Visio
