Job Title: Business Systems Analyst IV
Location: Fully Onsite - Sunnyvale, CA
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $75/hr

Our client's Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) team is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Analyst with project management experience for a six-month engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of process and data management within the hardware development space, with a preference for experience in prototype environments.
This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to project manage initiatives, and a keen eye for optimizing processes and data flows through complex systems.
Job Responsibilities:

- Process & Data Analysis: Define and implement comprehensive end-to-end process and data management strategies for hardware development and supply chain.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and track project initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate understanding of product parts and hierarchy, applying this insight to inform process and data decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and data-driven outcomes.
- Define functional requirements and develop detailed solution designs to meet operational outcomes, conforming to business requirements.
- Trace processes through various systems and recommend how data is managed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Identify opportunities for process and system optimization near and mid-term, and contribute to long-range strategic planning.
- Develop reference documentation and educational materials for the internal teams.
- Proven experience in business analysis and project management within the hardware industry.
- Demonstrated experience in tracing processes through systems and recommending data management strategies.
- Strong background in process development and data management.
- Experience with hardware prototypes and understanding of product structures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of product parts and hierarchy, and how they relate to data management.
- Working business understanding of hardware lifecycle processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, teamwork, and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Optional Skills: knowledge or previous exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Experience working in high-volume consumer electronics industry
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or similar related disciplines.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
- Must have hardware industry experience
- Product hierarcy experience
- Must have atleast 3 years in hardware expirence
- Must have 3 years in process and data analysis
