About the Role:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator III to support delivery of Network test infrastructure projects for various Network engineering teams. This role will focus on managing administrative tasks, tracking project progress, coordinating logistics, and maintaining clear communication among customer teams, labs, and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer project requirements and timelines
- Clarify and gather necessary information to ensure successful project execution
- Manage material procurement and inventory transfer processes
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping of large inventory
- Proactively monitor and track progress across multiple projects
- Provide clear and timely progress reports on project status
- Coordinate between customer teams and lab sites to ensure smooth execution
Must-Have Hard Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience working in network infrastructure space.
- Proven project coordination skills involving collaboration with multiple teams and partners.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience working in a network lab or production deployment environment.
- Exposure to data center operations or deployments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
