Job Title: Product Specialist
Location: Remote but needs to follow EST
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8am to 5pm EST
Compensation: $40.97

The Product Specialist reports directly to the Senior Product Manager. This role would be responsible for managing day-to-day operational projects and performance for a digital solution

Essential Duties:

• Supported product owners for several digital initiatives within a portfolio.
• Assisted product owners with day-to-day execution of the product roadmap.
• Heavily involved in documenting notes and recaps from standup/core hour calls and working sessions.
• Prepared tasks for designers, copy team, and business analysts (BA) in JIRA based on decisions made in team meetings.
• Reviewed BA UI and functional stories prior to entry Amigo.
• Assisted with discovery work and epic creation.
• Worked cross-functionally with internal business units, vendors, and the IT tech team to complete work against strategic plans.
• Planned and prioritized the product feature backlog and development based on business value and/or ROI.
• Assisted with product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
• Helped product owners with UAT.
• Communicated feature releases to stakeholders and business SMEs.
• Advocated for the customer while balancing business needs.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Agile Process and Principles
• Product Owner is a plus
• Digital Field Experience is a plus
• Project Management Experience
• Marketing Experience
• JIRA
