Hiring: Machine Maintenance Technician (Grp 3) – Townsend, MA
Location: 12 South St, Deluxe Corp, Townsend Massachusetts 01469Townsend, MA (Onsite)
Pay: $24–$26/hr (W2) + Weekly Pay + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
Shift: 2nd Shift (3 PM – 11 PM) | Training on 1st Shift
Duration: 3+ Months
Job Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain mechanical & electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
- Disassemble machines and replace/repair defective parts
- Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspections)
- Read and follow schematics, diagrams, and manuals
- Support complex troubleshooting and equipment optimization
Requirements:
- 2+ years of machine maintenance experience
- Strong electrical & mechanical skills
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of experience
- Good communication skills
