Job Title: Project Coordinator (Customer Implementations)
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours
Compensation: $33.79/hr + paid weekly
Start Date: Tentative – April 13, 2026
The Project Coordinator supports project managers in delivering successful customer implementations by providing administrative, logistical, and coordination support. This role plays a key part in maintaining project organization, ensuring timely communication, and keeping deliverables on track across cross-functional teams.
Essential Duties:
• Provide administrative and logistical support to Project Managers across multiple customer implementations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting minutes, action items, and work orders.
• Prepare project materials such as status reports, presentations, dashboards, and customer-facing documents.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and internal planning sessions.
• Document meeting notes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, escalating risks or delays as needed.
• Support data collection and reporting efforts for account management teams and customers.
• Track milestone progress using project management tools and systems.
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and validating customer requirements for accuracy in project documentation.
• Maintain strong communication across cross-functional teams including operations, account management, and technical teams.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and development of standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable industry regulations (e.g., PhRMA).
• Independently manage routine tasks while seeking guidance for more complex assignments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or support (healthcare or regulated industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach.
• Comfortable supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks.
