Position Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining card production equipment to ensure accurate personalization of debit and credit cards. This role requires strong attention to detail, compliance with safety and security procedures, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production machinery as needed.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment or quality issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow all company security and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ mechanical or equipment operation experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and operate machinery for extended periods.
