Location: 901 Main St, Dallas, TX 75202
Pay Rate: $18.23/hour on W2 (paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM CST. (Training will be conducted on-site, five days a week, with a hybrid schedule available after training.)
Start Date: November, pending onboarding completion.
Contract: Initial 4-month contract
Contract Extension or Conversion to FTE: Based on performance, attendance, and business needs

Overview:
The Securities Settlement and Custody Operations group, a key part of Wealth Management Operations (WMO), is seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst. This team is responsible for clearing and settlement processes, servicing Private Bank Securities, and managing Fund Relationship and Onboarding Mutual Fund & Alternative Investments.
The Private Bank Investment Income team provides critical operational support for global and domestic dividend and interest payments for the Private Bank. The successful candidate will play an essential role in processing transactions and will be responsible for providing high-quality service and operational support to our internal business partners and external clients.

- Perform moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact, adhering to established guidelines.
- Respond to moderately complex client inquiries through various channels, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, while also seeking opportunities for process improvements.
- Analyze event details, process requirements, and effectively communicate with peers, management, and business partners.
- Handle the assignment, sourcing, gathering, and movement of financial and client information and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to quickly process large amounts of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts and routines quickly.
- Previous experience in financial services, particularly within an operations role.
- A basic understanding of corporate actions.
- Ability to research complex issues and understand how processes connect across the department.
- Proactive and organized with effective time management.
- Ability to analyze and process incoming payments with high accuracy.
- Comfortable with balancing positions and transactions.
