Location: 100% Remote (New York, NY)
Compensation: $26.38/hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Contract Length: 3 months (Conversion possible based on attendance, performance, and business needs)

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Graphic (RISC) Production Coordinator provides critical operational and analytical support to the SGHNA RISC Team, which manages visual merchandising and print production for 1,500+ Sunglass Hut locations, including SGO stores (Bass Pro & Cabela’s), Solaris, and host retailers such as Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s.
This role supports print production, graphic inventory management, campaign execution, and distribution planning across multiple brands and store formats. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in project coordination, inventory tracking, and complex distribution list management within a fast-paced retail or multi-brand environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Production & Campaign Support
- Support increased workload for high-priority and urgent graphic production jobs
- Assist with print campaign distribution lists, including:
- Urgent inventory pulls
- Business-critical “hot jobs”
- Brand image updates tied to expiration timelines
- Urgent promotions and new store openings
- Maintain and update new crops developed from NRR using code sheet templates
- Upload graphic requests and assets into the graphics management platform
- Update and maintain project trackers and job trackers for owned projects
- Manage job folders and ensure accurate documentation
- Track and record graphic spend
- Support inventory management and distribution accuracy across diverse store groups
- React quickly to shifting priorities and changing business needs
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Analysis & Validation
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and accuracy
- Ability to understand and manage complex distribution across multiple store groups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or multi-brand environments
- Experience navigating large, complex spreadsheets and data sets
- Understanding of visual merchandising and store execution across multiple brands
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Highly organized, self-starter with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or PowerPoint for supporting graphic layouts
