Title: Global Sourcing Contract Auditor
Pay: $21.39 | Weekly Pay + Optional Benefits
Location: Hybrid – Remote on Mondays and Fridays; In-Office Tuesday through Thursday
Start Date (Tentative): October 20, 2025
Schedule: Standard Business Hours, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
• Review Global Sourcing agreements to identify and interpret specific terms and conditions.
• Conduct contract and system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance within the contracting system.
• Lead and manage audit-related projects, providing regular status updates and recommendations to team members.
• Analyze data and documentation to support business decisions and maintain accurate contract records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Critical thinker and problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting legal documents and identifying key contract elements.
• Quick learner with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experienced in managing projects and driving results in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to gather feedback, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under minimal supervision.
Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 7-year background check and will undergo a urine panel drug screening. Candidates must also verify 2 employers within the last 5 years and verify their highest level of education. Accepted documents for verification include transcripts, diplomas, pay stubs, W2s, or verification directly from the school or employer.
