Location: Fully Remote (prefer candidates are in CST or EST time zones)
Schedule: Monday-Friday; Regular Business Hours
Training: Monday-Friday; Normal Business Hours
Initial Assignment Length: 9 months contract with possibility for extension/conversion based on performance, attendance and business need.
Pay Range: $30.23/hour

- Assist in identifying and understanding underlying issues impacting organizational performance.
- Support stakeholders by providing clear and accurate information to aid decision-making.
- Learn and apply problem-solving techniques to help address challenges and opportunities effectively.
- Learn and use requirements management tools and methodologies to ensure alignment with project goals and maintain traceability from business needs to final outcomes.
- Gain familiarity with industry standard project management tools.
- Develop basic skills in system analysis techniques to document system requirements, use cases, and workflows.
- Assist in creating visual prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups using tools to communicate requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
- Learn and maintain data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Develop skills in creating data visualizations to help convert raw data into meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Support the documentation and representation of business processes to aid in analysis and improvement efforts.
- Assist in mapping and analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, internal and external, at various levels of the organization.
- Practice active listening, asking clarifying questions, and summarizing information accurately.
- Learn to explain technical concepts in simple terms, particularly when engaging with individuals who have varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field, and 1 year of experience, OR 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools is preferred.
