- Pay Rate: $23.37/hr
- Contract Length: 12 Months

Job Description
The Gain & Loss department maintains basis records and provides Gain/Loss reporting for assets held in Morgan Stanley Wealth Management customer accounts.
As a Branch Services Representative, you will:
- Answer and resolve branch inquiries on Gain/Loss topics, including account maintenance and 1099-B reporting
- Provide educational and regulatory insight to partners
- Research and reconcile discrepancies in cost basis reporting
- Handle inquiries requiring manual adjustments

Qualifications

- Experience in the financial industry
- Understanding of general accounting principles as applied in finance
- Knowledge of process controls, databases, spreadsheets, and data modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
