Customer Service Advocate – Retirement & Income Solutions
Location: Warwick, RI (Onsite for training, remote after certification)
Pay: $20/hour | Weekly Pay + Health, Dental & Vision Benefits
Start Date: November 17, 2025
About the Role
Join a leading retirement services organization as a Customer Service Advocate! In this role, you’ll assist customers with their retirement and annuity plans, handle account updates, answer questions, and deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism.
What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls about retirement income and annuity plans.

Process account changes (direct deposits, addresses, beneficiaries, etc.).

Research and resolve inquiries while documenting all interactions accurately.

Guide customers through claims or account procedures with care and clarity.
Schedule & Training

Training: 5 weeks onsite (Nov 17 – Dec 19, 2025) + 2-week nesting (through Jan 30, 2026).

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST during training.

After training: Remote schedule between 8 AM – 9 PM EST (no weekends).

Must live within commuting distance of Warwick, RI.
All equipment provided! Laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and more.
Qualifications

1–2 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred).

Strong computer and multitasking skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Reliable high-speed wired internet and quiet home workspace.
