Position Overview
The Site IT Lead acts as the primary liaison between IT and business functions, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the assigned location(s). This role serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all IT-related matters, collaborates with business leadership, and drives alignment with global IT standards and technology roadmaps.

Position Overview
The Site IT Lead acts as the primary liaison between IT and business functions, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the assigned location(s). This role serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all IT-related matters, collaborates with business leadership, and drives alignment with global IT standards and technology roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities

IT Service Ownership
- Accountable for delivery and performance of IT services at the site.
- Collaborate with IT Service Delivery teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize IT service efficiency.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary IT contact for site leadership, managing expectations and escalating issues when necessary.
- Align site-specific IT needs with global IT strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Partner with the OT team to ensure seamless IT/OT operations without business disruption.

Demand & Requirements Management
- Capture, formalize, and prioritize site-specific IT requirements beyond standard global services.
- Coordinate with regional infrastructure and applications teams to address requests through agreed governance processes.

IT Process & Security Compliance
- Ensure site adherence to IT policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with the Regional IT Security Officer to ensure compliance with IT security standards, mitigate vulnerabilities, and promote security awareness.

Infrastructure & System Management
- Oversee IT infrastructure lifecycle, including asset inventory, risk management of aging components, and sponsorship of capital projects for necessary upgrades.
- Maintain an accurate record of local applications in the IT Applications Repository.

Technical Disaster Recovery
- Develop, test, and periodically refresh the technical disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity.

Audit & Inspection Support
- Represent IT during internal and regulatory audits.
- Prepare remediation plans for any findings and ensure timely resolution.

Additional Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support IT and business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, IT security, ITIL practices, and IT governance
