Position: KYC Operations Lead
Location: Remote
Contract: 6+ Months (with extension)
Pay: $50-$55/hr W2 + Benefits
 
Job Summary:

• We’re looking for a KYC/KYB Operations Lead to join our compliance team and drive remediation initiatives ensuring full adherence to global regulatory standards. You’ll oversee complex entity onboarding, manage escalations, and ensure high-quality KYC/KYB reviews while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of KYC/KYB analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure AML, CTF, and KYC compliance.
• Handle complex cases and escalations.
• Improve processes, automate workflows, and support compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and external stakeholders.

 
Requirements:

• 7+ years in KYC/KYB, AML, or financial crime compliance.
• Strong knowledge of KYC regulations and due diligence.
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
