Summary:
We are looking for a Strong Channel operations analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst. This person will be working with the new project team, and the channel partners to manage the data and making process improvement. We are looking for someone who has hands on experience in monitoring and validating data across third-party platforms to ensure accuracy and escalate discrepancies. This person will be working on large database and manipulating the big data. Candidate should have experience in Accounting & Billing. Must have experience in Excel, Pivot tables, and SQL Queries. Salesforce is nice to have.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day support for channel operations, assisting with data alignment and reconciliation between internal systems and external distribution partners
• Monitor and validate data across third-party platforms to ensure accuracy and escalate discrepancies as needed
• Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and internal teams to support channel processes and respond to operational requests
• Support multiple operational initiatives, including both as a external representative of MHE operations as well as partner with stakeholders internally as a SME for distribution processes
• Partners with Sales and GTM teams on channel operation processes and support dispute escalation as directed by the Sr Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Experience Required:

• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel – advanced formulas, pivot tables; experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred)
• Ability to manage and reconcile large datasets across multiple systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
• Process improvement mindset with experience identifying inefficiencies and driving operational enhancements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Basic understanding of data governance, metadata management, and system integrations preferred

Preferred:

• Detailed working knowledge of course material distribution landscape in the Higher Education market.
• Exposure to data analysis tools (such as Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx)
• Experience using Business Intelligence queries or SQL.

 
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
