Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Fully remote in Canada (Ontario or British Columbia only)
Duration: 6+ month contract, potential to extend or convert permanent
Pay Rate: $29.50/hr, W2
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Weekly Pay
Summary:
We are seeking an candidates with exceptional database design and migration expertise to lead the transition of applications from HDI to PostgreSQL. This role requires strong backend engineering skills with Spring Boot and micro-services, but the primary focus is on schema design, query optimization, and large-scale database migration.
Requirements:(6-10 Years)
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and migration
• Strong Java (Spring Boot, microservices) development experience
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiarity with messaging/event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Prior HDI and Postgres experience
