Machine Operator
Job Title: Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: 275 Circuit Dr, North Kingstown, RI 02852
Pay: $18.73/hr (W2, weekly pay + benefits)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:55 PM – 10:55 PM
Contract Length: 4 months
Job Summary:
Seeking a Machine Operator to run card production equipment for debit/credit card personalization. Responsibilities include machine operation, quality inspection, and basic maintenance. Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate card production machines
-
Perform quality checks and basic maintenance

Follow safety, security, and production policies
-
Troubleshoot production and quality issues
-
Maintain a clean work area and order supplies as needed

Meet daily production and quality targets

Use basic computer functions for production tracking
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Basic computer and math skills
-
Good written and verbal communication
-
Ability to read and follow written/oral instructions
-
Problem-solving and reasoning skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-
1–3 years’ mechanical experience

Familiarity with safety rules and maintenance procedures
-
Intermediate computer skills
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per shift
