Job Title: Project Manager III (Pillar Coordinator)
Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST time zone preferred)
Duration: 4-month contract (possibility of extension or conversion to full-time)
Pay Rate: $32.97 – $62.35/hr. (W2)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Pillar Coordinator) to lead and support strategic initiatives across the Americas (AMERs) region. This role requires someone who can thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced corporate environment, ensuring cross-functional alignment, driving deadlines, and supporting senior leadership in executing critical programs. The successful candidate will act as a key connector across business units, consultants, and leadership teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution: Manage strategic projects and deadlines across the AMERs region, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are aligned with organizational objectives.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Finance, HR, Commercial, and Sales leaders to gather, align, and validate data; act as meeting representative when senior leads are unavailable.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a single point of contact for stakeholders; manage communications, address operational questions, and ensure clear alignment on priorities.

Governance & Strategy: Implement effective governance processes to track progress, escalate issues, and ensure accountability across multiple functions.

Analytics & Reporting: Leverage tools (Excel, Power BI, dashboards) to track KPIs, monitor progress, and generate actionable insights that support decision-making.

Content Development: Prepare strategic presentations and reports for leadership meetings, ensuring complex topics are translated into clear and concise insights.

Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, share knowledge, and proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and value creation.
Qualifications
-
Experience: 5–10 years in project or program management, preferably in corporate, consulting, or life sciences environments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or business-related graduate degree preferred.

Skills:

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to work across cultures, time zones, and matrix organizations.

Proven ability to manage ambiguity, adapt quickly, and drive results under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in project management tools, Excel, and Power BI.

Work Expectations

Must be flexible with working hours to align with global teams (primarily early mornings to mid-afternoons EST/CST).

While standard workload is ~40 hours/week, candidates must be comfortable adapting to urgent deadlines and shifting priorities.
