Pay Rate: $39.50/hr

We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join our team in a pivotal role focused on Bank Capital forecasting and analysis. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and expansion of DFAST models, perform scenario analyses, and support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in capital management processes.

- Lead the development and expansion of Bank Capital forecasting DFAST models.
- Implement and document benchmarking models for projected RWA.
- Conduct scenario analysis and proxy capital analytics for potential legal entity mergers and subsidiary restructuring.
- Review the Bank Capital framework for due diligence, governance, and attestation, establishing new controls as needed.
- Support automation and technology improvements in ERP systems and Alteryx.
- Background in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in external reporting and/or public accounting.
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
