As a Project Manager II, you will play a critical role at the intersection of product security, customer success, research science, and security consulting. Your technical writing expertise will help drive operational excellence, streamline workflows, and strengthen cross-functional project delivery in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Operations Management

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Operations Management
- Request Triaging: Respond to stakeholder requests within 30 minutes, with actionable follow-up within 48 business hours.
- Documentation Maintenance: Continuously update work instructions, guidelines, standards, and policies to reflect best practices.
- Third-Party Risk Assessments: Conduct initial risk analyses of new vendors and provide actionable recommendations.
- Project Doc Ownership: Manage, create, and complete all project documentation.
- Template Development: Refine document templates and decks (Google Suite).
- SME Collaboration: Facilitate input from global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Document Archiving: Organize documentation in secure repositories.
- Analytical Reporting: Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on security gaps and solutions.
- Editorial Oversight: Ensure clarity, accuracy, and structure in written materials and executive presentations.
- Research & Analysis: Review technical R&D initiatives, identify risks, and provide recommendations.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Promote knowledge sharing and operational alignment across functions.
- Training Content Creation: Develop internal learning resources, training curricula, and documentation.
- Meeting Facilitation: Support and occasionally lead Business Updates, Roundtables, and Team Meetings.
- Stakeholder Representation: Serve as a primary interface in cross-functional meetings, capturing key actions and deliverables.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- SOP & Policy Management: Direct updates and publication of SOPs, Work Instructions, and Best Practices.
- Resource Maintenance: Manage trackers, standards, and policy documentation for accuracy.
- Goal Alignment: Partner with leadership to define short- and long-term program objectives.
- KPI Management: Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure program delivery aligns with strategic goals.
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree in Business Management, Sciences, History, Political Science, or related discipline highly preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, technical writing, or a related field.
- Proven mastery of technical, business, or procedural writing with a strong portfolio of deliverables.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to synthesize complex information.
- Interest and demonstrated aptitude in consumer electronics, VR/AR/MR ecosystems, or advanced technology organizations.
- Experience building relationships in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
- Comfortable working independently and with distributed, multicultural teams.
- PMP certification is advantageous but not required.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude in consumer electronics, VR/AR/MR ecosystems.
- Excellent grammar and editorial precision.
- Strong public speaking abilities.
- Familiarity with Reality Labs or similar advanced technology organizations.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong collaborator across global teams.
- Able to handle competing deadlines and meet task management requirements.
- Location: Remote, West Coast preferred.
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, normal business hours.
- Interviews: Writing assessment + 1 round Zoom interview with CWAM. (30 minutes)
- Performance Measurement: Based on task management system deliverables and deadlines.
