Role Overview
Seeking an Associate Document Control Specialist to support Facilities Engineering in an FDA-regulated, cGMP environment. This role focuses on managing engineering records, project documentation, and supporting compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and archive engineering/project documents, drawings, and records.
- Prepare, organize, and revise technical documentation.
- Support Turn-Over-Packages (TOP) and Commissioning documentation.
- Provide document control support for investigations and corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional training preferred.
- 1–3 years office/administrative experience (engineering or technical environment a plus).
Proficient with:
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM) / EDMS (e.g., QualityDocs).
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
- FileMaker Pro, databases (MS Access, Oracle), SAP or CMMS systems (preferred).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work overtime if needed.

- Onsite position – candidates must be local or able to commute.
