Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enablement Manager to support the content strategy and development for Partnerships Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and engages our diverse community of users.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end content development, including understanding business needs, partnering with agents, managing content releases, and evaluating performance to identify what worked and what didn’t. The role involves frequent collaboration with marketing and creative teams through regular calls, as well as sharing requirements and assets needed to execute content effectively.

- Design, develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and supports the growth and engagement of our global community.
- Serve as a liaison between product and enablement teams, supporting go-to-market (GTM) updates for new products and features, and ensuring seamless dissemination of information across all programs to drive successful adoption and execution.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and effective program operations, including regular reviews and updates to reflect changing business needs.
- Select the most effective content modality (e.g., webinars, guides, work sheet, etc.) and learning strategies (e.g., micro-learning, peer-learning, etc.) to engage and educate our audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content opportunities and develop compelling content that resonates with our audience.
- Develop a comprehensive content library, organizing content by topic, modality, audience, and other domains.
- Research, curate, and repurpose existing content to map it to new curricula.
- Manage content translations, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure that all program materials are accurately translated and appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in content strategy, copy writing, education, or enablement, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for multiple channels
- Experience developing and delivering written and direct training for client facing teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work products.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills as there are many moving parts.
- Excellent written skills – being able to build a content strategy. Defining what content is being shared with the partners, when and how, the cadence, what approvals are needed and build the content.
- Be able to work under pressure and shifting priorities.
- Graphic design background – if they have built visually appealing content. Has worked with creative agencies.
- Feel comfortable working with cross functional
- Being familiar with Meta products.
- 5-8+ years of experience in content strategy, education, enablement or marketing and communications.
