US_Production Associate II_CO 1st Shift
Job Title: Production Associate II – 1st Shift
Location: 9115 Hague Road Indianapolis, IN 46256
Schedule:
-
Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Overtime: Voluntary, up to 7 days per week
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Contract Type: 1 year contract possible extension or conversion to direct hire

Role Overview
As a Production Associate II, you will support manufacturing operations for diabetic testing strips. You will operate production equipment, follow detailed instructions, and ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations

Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic equipment used in testing strip manufacturing.

Perform production tasks based on process sheets and supervisor instructions (written or verbal).

Handle more complex and advanced production tasks as assigned.

Provide operational support to assigned production areas, teams, or programs.
Quality & Compliance

Inspect operations and products against predetermined tolerances and specifications.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

Maintain and continuously improve quality systems through daily activities.
Support & Collaboration

Interface with internal teams and departments to support production needs.

Perform semi-routine specialized duties within assigned areas.

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving routine production issues.
Minimum Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments.
