Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in utility, facilities, and HVAC systems within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. This role will support the design, optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical utility systems to ensure reliable and compliant manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain utility systems including HVAC, chilled water, steam, compressed air, and process gas systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
- Develop and review P&IDs, equipment specifications, and engineering calculations to ensure operational reliability, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Provide technical support for capital projects during design, installation, commissioning, and qualification phases
- Conduct root-cause analysis for facilities and utility system issues and implement corrective and preventive solutions
- Partner with maintenance, operations, and project teams to minimize downtime and support continuous 24/7 manufacturing operations
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and internal engineering standards
Experience Required:
- Senior Level: 8+ years of experience in facilities or utility engineering
- Mid/Junior Level: 2–7 years of experience in facilities or utility engineering
