Creative Project Manager (Video Production)
Location: Remote
Pay: $26.50/hr
Schedule: Regular business hours, Monday - Friday
Start date: ASAP

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented project manager to help bring creative video projects to life within their marketing team. In this role, you'll oversee projects from kickoff to delivery, managing timelines, resources, and communication across teams. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring that projects stay on track without sacrificing quality.

Job Duties:

• Manage small to moderately complex video and creative projects from start to finish

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables

• Keep projects organized and moving forward using project management tools (Workfront experience a plus)

• Adapt quickly to changes in scope, priorities, or workload, keeping stakeholders informed along the way

• Support the creative process with an understanding of video production workflows and marketing needs

Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills (organization, planning, communication, time management)

• Experience in creative, marketing, or video project environments preferred

• Ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities

• Familiarity with project management software (Workfront preferred)
