Operations Specialist (Level I)
Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: 1950 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207
Work Schedule: 100% On-site | Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.34/hour (W2, paid weekly)
Start Date: March 16, 2026
Duration: 12-month contract (possible extension or conversion to full-time employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs)

Position Overview:
The Operations Analyst will support daily operational and financial processing activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The candidate will work under the direct supervision of a Manager or Lead and is expected to meet defined productivity and quality standards. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily receipt and content validation of incoming packages processed through Financial Centers and ATM channels and delivered via UPS
- Conduct basic accounting functions, including reconciliation of internal general ledger entries
- Execute time-sensitive research related to inquiries and transaction exceptions from multiple internal channels while meeting strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- 10-key proficiency, basic balancing, and accounting skills
- Basic PC and computer proficiency
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 2–5 hours per day
- Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to ensure full coverage, including occasional extended hours due to unanticipated events
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required
