Job Overview:
Join the Global Research Operations team supporting User Experience Research (UXR) across multiple product areas. This role drives operational excellence across 4+ research pillars—helping teams scale, improve efficiency, and deliver high-impact research.
You’ll partner closely with senior UXR leaders, manage cross-functional programs, and remove operational barriers so researchers can focus on insights.
Responsibilities:

- Improve workflows, processes, templates, and documentation
- Partner with stakeholders across research, sourcing, and vendors
- Manage participant recruitment and research governance
- Own budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
- Create program roadmaps, track progress, and communicate risks/updates
- Identify gaps, solve problems quickly, and drive execution
- Program management (fast-paced, high responsiveness)
- Stakeholder engagement & cross-functional coordination
- Process improvement & operational scaling
- Problem-solving and unblocking teams
- 5+ years of program management, research ops, or related experience
- Experience building and scaling programs end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and vendors
- Bachelor’s degree
