Pay Rate: $18.64 on W2 (paid weekly)
Schedule: Onsite from Monday to Friday, standard business hours
Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion
Contract Length: 12-month, with possibility for extension or conversion to full-time

Overview
This role provides administrative support for Trusteed Individual Retirement Accounts (TIRA), working closely with Specialized Fiduciary Officers, National Trust Services Managers, and client-facing Trust Officers. The position requires independent initiative while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of IRA account-level services. This is a U.S. Trust IRA position.

Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Specialized Fiduciary Officers, Team Leaders, Group Managers, and National Executives.
- Collaborate with Trust Officers and Administrators to deliver accurate and efficient IRA services.
- Coordinate information and activities with external partners (Attorneys, CPAs, Fiduciary Accountants, third-party vendors) and internal support teams (Financial Advisors, Sales, Tax, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Trust Administration, etc.).
- Perform routine administrative duties, including:
- Account maintenance and account opening processes
- IRA money movement and tax-related transactions
- File retrieval, optical imaging, filing, copying, and supply management
- Handling phone calls, drafting routine correspondence, and email communication
- Manage smaller, less complex situations requiring limited technical expertise.
- Participate in projects, prepare reports, and conduct research as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal/external partners, serving as a backup for Officers when required.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and maintain high standards of client service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retirement account administration or Private Bank/administrative experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
