Job Title: HR - Principal Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6-9 Months Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion)
Pay Rate: $34.48-$44.82(w2)

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of directly relevant experience in agency recruitment, with a strong focus on headhunting and placing contractors/consultants (beyond direct hire roles).
- Proven experience recruiting within the Pharma/Biotech cGMP environment.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience headhunting senior to executive-level technical professionals.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for complex roles such as Senior Automation Engineers, Principal Validation Engineers, Senior Project Managers (Pharma), Capital Project Managers, and Capital Project Design Engineers for greenfield projects.
- Extensive hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source high-quality candidates, execute targeted InMail campaigns, and manage consistent follow-ups.
